Physical therapy went really well yesterday. My regular lady was back from vacation and was eased with the progress I had made. She watched me walk without crutches in the boot and said it looked good. My dorsiflexion is just about 6 and I have been given the go ahead to ride the airdyne in a tennis shoe.
I was feeling on top of the world as decided to go to my stepdaughters softball game. It was probably one of the windiest days I can remember I’m quite some time. I went with 1 crutch and I am glad I did. It’s my indication to others to be carful around me!
